LGW-109-2 PVC flat edge trim strip is a solid rectangular rigid PVC extrusion profile, designed to cover unsightly seams, gaps and rough edges for residential & commercial interior renovation. Different from L-shaped PVC corner guards, this flat PVC bar features a simple flat cross-section (23.5mm width, 2mm thickness), delivering a minimalist, flush finish without prominent protrusions.

Installation Instructions
Method 1: Self-Adhesive Tape (DIY)
1Clean and dry the target surface thoroughly.
2Cut the strip to required length with a utility knife.
3Apply heavy-duty tape to the back and peel film.
4Align and press firmly for 3–5 minutes.
5Wait 24 hours for full adhesion.
Method 2: PVC Glue (Professional Fix)
1Clean and dry mounting surface.
2Cut moulding to matching length.
3Evenly coat special PVC glue on the back.
4Attach and press tight; use temporary tape to fix.
5Remove auxiliary tape after 12 hours.
- For curved surfaces: Use a hot air gun to slightly heat the strip.
- Cut at 45° angle for neat corner joints.
- Avoid installing on damp or peeling plaster.
